Batgirl
Barbra Gordon is the daughter of Commissioner Gordon. As Batgirl, she operates in Gotham City, allying herself with Batman and Robin. Unfortunately, The Joker discovered her secret identity and shot her, leaving her a paraplegic. After a surgical procedure and years of therapy, Barbra recovered from her paralysis and became Batgirl once again.
